Does anyone know of a company that will hire me with a diabetes waiver

Hello every body, how are you all doing today. I went and got my class a cdl last oct here in fl. and i have yet to find 1 single company that will hire me because I am a type 2 diabetic on insulin. I went thru all the steps to get the waiver from the FMCSA and it is pretty much useless. This waiver qualifies me to drive in all 48 states and it does not allow me to drive into canada. So if anyone knows of some company that will hire me wether it be a big company or a single O/O that would…
